@Grzegorz_Pasieka for this panic we have only this way of fixing it atm (look here)
This RECOUNT_PROPERTIES_AT_STARTUP setting can be set only on a node on which you see this panics. This setting recreates the proplen file, it may take some time to regenerate this once it’s done then this panic should go away, at the end remember about removing this setting.
