### Description
\*\*Priority: Critical / Production Down\*\*

We’re experiencing a critical production issue affecting multiple customers, agents, and workflows using Weaviate. All vector indexing/filtering operations are failing with:

```plaintext
GraphQL Error (Code: 422):
"graphql api is disabled"
```

Example:

```plaintext
ERROR in performing vector action:
GraphQL Error (Code: 422): {"message":"graphql api is disabled"}
```

Our production workflows rely on Weaviate GraphQL for indexing and filtering, and this issue is currently causing executions to fail across affected workloads.
Please investigate this with **highest priority** and confirm if there has been any recent change to GraphQL availability/configuration or an ongoing Weaviate incident. We would also appreciate any immediate workaround to restore service.
