# DLL load failed while importing \_rust

Hi, I am trying to connect my weaviate cloud but facing the following error.  
I am using python with visual studio 2022.  
python version: 3.9.0  
weaviate cloud version is: 1.24.1

Hi @osamashabbir66 ! Welcome to our community 🤗

It seems that the weaviate python client is not installed.

You can install it by running

```auto
pip install -U weaviate-client

```

note that this package must be installed in the same python environment your visual studio is running.
