Hello everyone, I need help

I did everything according to this video and got this error.

I made a git clone and changed venv added OLLAMA\_URL=[http://localhost:11434](http://localhost:11434)  
OLLAMA\_MODEL=llama3.

It looks like there isn’t any documents to search for.

Were you able to import any documents with success?
