Prompting Elysia to Always Deliver References

I’ve been experimenting with Elysia this week and am not clear on when it decides to provide references in its query response to source material that defends its assertions. Do you all have tips on how to coax out references when it does not deliver them? I want to be able to refer back to source material at any time to check for hallucinations.

I think what I’m seeing if that references back to source documents are always delivered in response to the initial query. But any follow up questions get summaries that do not contain references to source documents. Can anyone confirm that this is the default behavior?

Hey @diehl,

Elysia is still early in its development, so some behavior may change over time. I’m not entirely sure about the current options, but this sounds like a good feature request. You can open one in the repo so the developers can take it into consideration:

For example, something like:

  • Always show sources for turns
  • Option to include document references in follow-up answers
