We are experimenting with kapa.ai on our #ask-ai channel in our public slack with some good results.
It already is indexing the forums. 
Also, we can certainly index that content in Verba and have it also available at https://verba.weaviate.io/
probably not all the forum, but at least the accepted answered ones.
