Hi team, If a single node gets down, my existing node stop serving and getting this error

. We want to make remaining nodes serve normally or in readonly mode, how to achieve this ?
INFO - I am using weaviate 1.21.2

This version is considerably behin 
Can’t pinpoint, but a lot was implemented since.
Can you reproduce this scenario in a latest version?
