Hi I’m using weaviate cloud, I’m using the sandbox, It was working fine but now I have the following error:

It’s great to have you with us, and welcome to the community.
For any issues related to a cloud cluster, please open a ticket with us at support@weaviate.io. The community space is also for support. However, when a cluster is hosted on our cloud, we need a support ticket so we can check the logs, review any errors, and fix things directly on our side. The ticket ensures everything goes through our system so we can access the details we need.
