Hi everyone !
We have a small (but exciting!) community update to share!
We’ll be saying goodbye to our public Slack and officially moving the conversation here.
Before you panic — this is actually a glow-up ![]()
While Slack has been a great place to connect, there’s one big downside: conversations slowly disappear and aren’t searchable in the long term.
That means valuable answers, insights, and “aha!”
! moments get lost over time. And we think the knowledge we create as a community deserves better.
Our forum is built to be a lasting, searchable home for all those great discussions.
- Better indexing.
- Better discoverability.
- Better for future-you (and everyone else who runs into the same question six months from now).
Think of it as moving from a busy group chat to a cozy, well-organized library… that still feels like a living room. ![]()
We’d absolutely love for you to keep the conversation going there — start threads, share ideas, ask questions, and help others.
The community isn’t changing — and neither is the forum — we’re just making it our main address.
And if you ever have a question you’d rather not ask in public, no worries at all.
You can always reach us directly at support@weaviate.io. We’re here for you.
Thanks for being part of this community!
We’re really excited about what’s ahead — and we can’t wait to build it together with you!
See you around ![]()
