Cannot scale WCS cluster

When I try to scale a cluster (I have been getting a lot of 503s while batch importing, and on opening WCS, I saw that Request increase in memory capacity is available)

I tried doing the same but it says “Unable to scale your cluster at this time please try again”, and the Cluster reloads while saying “Weaviate is getting upgraded and should be available soon.”

And then it returns to normal.
Server version: 1.24.19

What is the issue here, and how to fix it?
