I am just wondering how many times we can extend our free cluster. I have already extended my free cluster a couple of times, but seems there is not that option available for me anymore and my cluster will be deleted within a couple days.

I believe you have reached the maximum allowed times.
If you want to avoid losing your vectors, you can Migrate data | Weaviate - Vector Database your data over to a local Weaviate server.
